ANNUAL MEETING & SPRING BORREL

Join us for an evening of food and drink at the NAADV Annual Meeting! Members are encouraged to attend and join us in a festive borrel atmosphere as we discuss the future of the NAADV. Our President, Treasurer and Chairs of Standing Committees will present their reports regarding the previous year, elections are held, and Old and New Business is transacted. All members are encouraged to attend and new ideas and suggestions for the club are greatly welcomed!

2010 NAADV GENERAL ELECTIONS:
In accordance with Article XIV of the NAADV bylaws, the nominating Committee is pleased to recommend to you the following 7 members who are willing to serve on the Executive Board:

President: Sicco Popma
Vice President: Rob Heerkens
Treasurer: Stefan Lint
Secretary: Cisca Jansen Brons
Director (Member at large): Antonie Tripp
Director (Member at large): Elizabeth Boeynams
Director (Member at large): Roderik Alewijnse
Program Chair: Open

In the event members would like to propose alternative candidates or fill an open position the following procedure applies: Five or more active members can recommend in a letter to the Secretary (Cisca Brons, 224 Bella Vista Rd., Devon, PA 19333 or e-mail ciscajansen@gmail.com), no later than March 24 2010, one or more active members as a candidate for a specific office. This letter shall be accompanied by a written consent signed by the proposed candidate(s). At the annual meeting the attending members will have the opportunity to vote.
