NAADV SPRING BORREL & ELECTIONS!!

Join us for a fun Spring Borrel at the Paddock in Devon, PA! The new board will be introduced and all members are encouraged to attend and bring new ideas and suggestions for the upcoming year! There will be hapjes and a cash bar.

2012 NAADV GENERAL ELECTIONS:
In accordance with Article XIV of the NAADV bylaws, the nominating Committee is pleased to recommend to you the following 7 members who are willing to serve on the Executive Board:

President: Cisca Jansen
Vice President: Hans Scholten
Secretary: TBA
Director of Membership: TBA
Director of Finance: Rob Heerkens
Program/Comunications Director: Shelly Rabuse
Director (Member at large): Antonie Tripp

Audit Committee: Roderik Alewijnse & Nell Daniels (not board members)

In the event members would like to propose alternative candidates or fill an open position the following procedure applies: Five or more active members can recommend in a letter to the current Secretary (Cisca Brons, 37 Briar Road, Wayne, PA 19087 or e-mail ciscajansen[a]gmail.com), no later than March 11, 2012, one or more active members as a candidate for a specific office. This letter shall be accompanied by a written consent signed by the proposed candidate(s). At the annual meeting the attending members will have the opportunity to vote.
