The Annual Membership Meeting is held every year in conjunction with a pot-luck supper and borrel. We ask you to please bring your favorite soup, salad, main dishes or dessert to share with 8-10 people. After dinner, the meeting begins with the President, Treasurer and Chairs of Standing Committees presenting their reports about the year before. Elections are then held and Old and New Business is transacted. Our President will update the members on plans for the coming year. Members have an opportunity to offer new ideas for the Association and to fill vacated positions at this event. If you have ideas or suggestions for the NAADV - this is your opportunity to be heard! There will be some big changes to the current board this year and new positions have opened up – We are looking for a new Program Chair and Director (Member at Large).
